Archery Workshop #2, 5/30, Danger Shop, Afternoon

The Danger Shop is set up like an outdoor archery field this week, with fifteen targets, fifteen bows, and fifteen quivers of arrows. The arrows, the students will find, are tipped with suction cups. Off to one side is Miho, lounging in a lawn chair with an umbrella. On the table next to it is the sign-in sheet. An incongruous freestanding blackboard is set up next to her, with the words Beginning Archery. Shoot the targets. Leave when you are done. written on it.

Miho gets up, takes up her own bow and a suction cup arrow, and demonstrates for the class by shooting at the first target in the line. Bullseye. Then she returns to her seat, picks up her glass of lemonade, and watches for any errors in form she'll need to correct.

Oh god. Buffy had been there last night, hadn't she? He gave a weak version of his usual grin back at her. "Kill me now," Dean muttered under his breath.

"I've got photos!" Buffy called over at him. Jaye was right. This was totally the best fun ever. She was still not sure about girlkissy, but boykissy definitely got two thumbs up.

Buffy could hear really well when she wanted to. The grin? Widened. "Yeah, we kiss good, no?"

Dean? Was ignoring Buffy. It was either that or use her for target practice which wouldn't do much good anyway, what with the non-pointy arrows.

Buffy started humming cheerfully. It was a very penetrating sound. A very happy, bouncy penetrating sound.

Dean was once again glad that Archery wasn't a morning class becuase Buffy's humming that morning would've made him snap completely. As it was, it just made him grit his teeth and think very dark thoughts about certain blonde perky cheerleaders.
