Archery Workshop #2, 5/30, Danger Shop, Afternoon

The Danger Shop is set up like an outdoor archery field this week, with fifteen targets, fifteen bows, and fifteen quivers of arrows. The arrows, the students will find, are tipped with suction cups. Off to one side is Miho, lounging in a lawn chair with an umbrella. On the table next to it is the sign-in sheet. An incongruous freestanding blackboard is set up next to her, with the words Beginning Archery. Shoot the targets. Leave when you are done. written on it.

Miho gets up, takes up her own bow and a suction cup arrow, and demonstrates for the class by shooting at the first target in the line. Bullseye. Then she returns to her seat, picks up her glass of lemonade, and watches for any errors in form she'll need to correct.

She's the teacher. Make her be teachy. The Danger Shop's safety protocols are still on.

Miho looked at Molly in a manner that might suggest she was interested in what Molly had to say. My, this girl was brave.

"I'm sorry, Miss, but Buffy and I seem to have broken our bows (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/882207.html?thread=42345759#t42345759). Is it possible to get new ones please?" She said, very respectfully.

Miho sighed and went to consult the Danger Shop's controls. She pressed a few buttons and two bowling ballss appeared. She scowled, pressed another button, and the bowling balls disappeared.

On her second try, she got a pair of bows, which she offered to Molly and Buffy.

"Miho? //Will we be able to recreate this range here in the Danger Shop on our own? I'd like to practice more later this week.//" Parker's already pissed off Anakin today. Pissing off Miho would just make it really consistent, although she's not trying.

Miho approved of wanting extra practice. But she was barely able to create the range today. The Danger Shop controls and she were not getting along very well--that pesky safety protocol she can't turn off, for starters. So she shrugged and tossed Parker the Danger Shop's remote control.

Parker cuddled the remote like it was Esme.

Parker immediately started bringing up screens, looking for something a little more... challenging. Bwahahahaha.

Miho is starting to think this might not have been the best idea, but she settles back under her sun parasol and sips at her lemonade anyway. As long as Parker can't figure out how to turn off that stupid safety protocol, either, she should be fine.

And if she does and survives it, she can show Miho how. Yes.
