“Teamwork is very important in friendship," Anakin began, "But so is letting off steam. I enjoy the paintball class every summer as an opportunity to make new friends."

Lies. Anakin never made friends.

Ahsoka looked sceptical, but she'd also spent three years being shot at by her friends because of Anakin's loving concern, so. "Combat lends itself to forming intense bonds."

Anakin nodded. “The best way to make friends.”

Or the only way he knew. One of those. “So get suited up and we'll play.” Here in Iowa, the closest state he was allowed to play paintball in after making teenagers cry up and down the East Coast.

"In the spirit of friendship you'll be in two teams." Did Ahsoka suspect that Anakin would end up in his own third team of one? Yes.

"And I will hunt you." Anakin. "...in the spirit of friendship!"

Well, hopefully they'd learn a valuable lesson about teaming up against a common foe.

Shoot at each other! Shoot at Anakin! Try not to get kicked out of yet another paintball place, Anakin!

Graham's archery had improved significantly in his knighthood, but guns were still a little new and novel to him. Still, he wasn't about to let that stop him from engaging in the battle with enthusiasm and excitement!

"Alright, Team!" he said with an encouraging pump of his fist. "Hue got this, paint and simple! If we aim high, we've surely got a shot at victory!"

"We can cheat a tiny but, too," Rey noted.

Because Anakin.

And there was Graham's enthusiasm withering almost immediately right before everyone's eyes.

"Oh, no," he said, frowning with a deep line of consternation between his brows, "I don't....I don't like that. We really shouldn't, that's not...well, that's not very friendly at all, is it? If you have to cheat, even if a tiny bit, then what's even the point?"

"I'm teasing." She wasn't. "We're aiming high."

She was totally going to Force throw paint at Anakin.

Which wasn't cheating, anyway! That was just using your abilities and skills! No one said they couldn't!

But since Rey had just suggested cheating, he was looking ar her skeptically over this claim of teasing and taking the high road, but he decided,maybe again his best interests, to give her throat benefit of the doubt and nodded.

"That's right," he said. "We win fair and square."

Was Anakin even on a team?

Stark was thrilled at the opportunity to shoot Anakin. Shooting Anakin was one of how very favorite things!

When they aren't shooting at people! Or even if they are.

Typing with one hand is getting old.
