Relaxing For Dummies [Thursday, Second Period]

This week, Cara and Jane had taken a page out of certain of their colleges books, and class was taking place at a very fancy brunch place. Because they certainly weren't planning on leaving any of their class budget on the table.

And Jane was fore sure just drinking juice. Out of a champagne flute, yes. "Welcome to week two," she said. "Where we continue to demonstrate how best to just relax."

For her part was Cara also drinking juice, or mimosas, the world would never know. "We will actually be doing introductions this week, " she said, taking a sip of her drink. "And getting an idea of activities you might find relaxing, because as it turns out, it tends to be very subjective."

"Oh, how about everyone suggests what they find relaxing for future classes," Jane said. Look at that, a learning opportunity for everyone!

"And remember not to judge," Cara, an extremely judgemental person, said. "After all, what you find relaxing another person might find deathly dull. Or worse."

There's all variety of moddable brunch foods to cater to any dietary need, as well as drinks both alcoholic and non.

Coming into free brunch after sports class was a perfect situation for Eleanor, who was honestly surprised how much of an appetite she'd worked up from just skiing. So she was trying to get as much meat and eggs and fruit and some waffles and definitely those hashbrowns and potatoes for her plate while still being polite about it.

But, in her defense, she did also have, you know, that whole endless, fathomless void inside her and everything...

"My name is Eleanor Zarrin," Eleanor said, after washing g down a bite of food with some orange juice, "and my favorite things to do to relax are reading poetry, swimming, and hanging out with my girlfriend."

Simple enough, right? Almost to the point of being a little boring, but honestly? Eleanor didn't mind that at all.

"And I guess maybe I'd like to go places around the world with nice, scenic views to appreciate? Or maybe some museums. Things like that."

"I'm Charlie Gale," she said. "I find playing music to be relaxing. Sleeping in and lolling around late in bed is also great. Sex can also be an awesome way to relax, though, you know, not really appropriate for a school activity I guess."

She smiled - a sorry-not-sorry smile. "But I like going to cool places, too. Especially if there are cool things to eat there as well.
