Arden returned to the library and was greeted by a crowd of gremlins who all wanted to show her the decorations they'd crafted to see which ones would be chosen to hang up. This was not a consequence Arden had foreseen, but she guessed she lived here now.

"Okay, whoa, no crowding and we still have to be quiet," she reminded the clamoring group. "Here's how we're gonna do this. You're gonna bring them up to me one at a time, okay? And while you're waiting, you can do more arts and crafts."

The gremlins side eyed her a bit. They had done a bunch of paper crafts already. Teeth were bared

Thinking fast, Arden went back to get more craft books and then called the office to see if she could get a delivery of art supplies that wouldn't be too messy. Fortunately, the phrase 'trying to entertain a group of rowdy gremlins' got results, and soon there was a delivery of various art supplies that Arden could only pray would create minimal possibilities for vandalism.

Though threatening disqualification from the contest also seemed to be helping.
