Fandom Library, Wednesday, September 11th

The library was up to nothing??? weird today??? Arden kept expecting something, but apparently it just...wasn't? No gremlins, no creepy whispers, no books doing anything other than...sitting there, unmoving, the way books were supposed to.

She didn't trust this even a little bit, but it didn't matter how often she tried to surprise check up anything, it just stayed...normal.

This was weird and she didn't like it. She had her eye on you, library.

"I think this is the one place in all realities where you don't have to worry about who you are," Kamala said trying to put a hand on Arden's forearm. "You have gone through so much but you're still one of the best people I know. Other people might have caved or given up with everything that's happened to you."

She then moved her hands up and started to style the dupatta around Arden a bit to give it a little flourish. "I think you're beautiful. Inside and out."

Even if Cal doesn't see it. The cad!

"Even then, it's still your color and sparkly. Just imagine the lighting and the music," Kamala said, now doing a little dance shimmy from the waist up, throwing her hands up in the air and waving them to an imaginary beat. "And you got the dress reflecting the light. Total winner."

Even a scoundrel like Cal might take notice!

“Ooooh. I haven’t had one of those in years!” Kamala exclaimed. “Overprotective Ammi thought it would lead to too many haram activities. This sounds like fun.”
