Welcome Party for the Summer Students and Staff

Despite the slightly overcast sky, the weather is still good for welcoming all of the new arrivals for the Fandom High summer session. The graduation decorations (and gremlin debris) have been cleared from the front lawn, and replaced with tables of information packets, food, and drinks. A series of signs point the students to the information table first, where they can pick up their room assignments from the office drones, and then continue on to the food tables to mingle.

And no, there are no inflatable gremlins around today. It's far too early to start scaring the new folks. That's what the mingling section is for!

"I'm not entirely certain, though I have had a ghost as a professor." Luna shrugged.

Some believe that they're related to the large and nearly invisible Demiguise (http://www.hp-lexicon.org/bestiary/bestiary_d.html#demiguise) hence the difficulty in find one and others contend that they're more like the Bicorn (http://www.hp-lexicon.org/bestiary/bestiary_b.html#bicorn), which might also explain why no one has reported seeing one in some time! This summer is an adventure in the making!" The fact that the later was thought to be keen on dinners of human flesh didn't impede Luna's excitement.
