Instead of a maniac in a cloak, today’s events would be presided over by two gods of thunder.

Well. One god of thunder and one guy with a stick.

“Dean Skywalker was…unavailable today,” Don said, “so we’ve put together an…activity based on the materials he’d gathered and some notes he left behind.” Odin help them all.

"We did our best," Jane promised the group with a concerned look. "It was just…an interesting mix of things."

And a very strange note.

“Today we will be playing, um…” Don sighed. “Live Action Little Bunny Foo Foo.” That was it. That was what the note had said.

Jane just gave everyone a sympathetic look and nodded along with that. "You'll all do great. We're sure."

People were going to get so smacked by pool noodles.

Eleanor was regarding her costume with a fairly blank expression that hid the somewhat dismayed feelings she had toward it. Trying hard not to think of that first night back home, when they feasted on rabbits that Luma, Rhys, and her grandfather had hunted. White throats also pink, but with blood.

It felt terribly ironic, now, to wear the pantomime of one of those rabbits. But at least now she wasn't fainting over any of it. Yet.
