There was an ice skating rink set up in the center of the park, which would be nice of a day like today if center ice hadn't been ominously filled with plastic ball pit balls. There were four laundry baskets spread out equally around the circle of balls, four scooters--red, yellow, blue, and green--next to the baskets, and most disturbingly of all...four hippo costumes.

Anakin, what have you wrought?

"We're playing Hungry Hungry Hippos," Anakin announced through the unnecessary megaphone. "And by we I mean you. Listen for your names!"

"You only need to wear the costume while you're retrieving the balls!" Anakin announced like that made it better. He pointed to the boring red, blue, green, and yellow t-shirts next to him. "Just wear the t-shirts for everything else."

"Go team green!" Kamala said waiting for Amaya.

She was still wearing the hippo costume even though she didn't need to.

"Go Team Green," Amaya agreed, with maybe a little bit of a sigh as she settled into her position on the scooter. But, to her credit, she did just get done with pushing Beaker around, so if she was feeling a little demoralized, could you really blame her?

But she was hippo'd up and rarin' to go, so with a firm nod and a tight grip on her basket, she called back at Kamala, "Let's show 'em how it's really done now!"

Or at least show Diaz specifically! Ha!

“Onward to victory!” Kamala called out. She grabbed Amaya’s feet and gave her a hardy shove out onto the ice.

"Okay, let's go!" Don told Steve. And then, under his breath, possibly muffled by the hippo costume, he said, "No, no one is taking pictures." Odin's beard, he hoped no one was taking pictures.

Was this possibly one of the most degrading things Stewart had done?

....possibly.

....probably not.

But degrading had never really stopped him before, anyway, and so here he was, hippo'd and prone and ready to go catch some balls.

Belle had not expected to be a hippo today. Being hungry, sure, but not dressed as a hippo sliding on ice.
