Library (05/04)

Not having ACJ to go to, Rory actually opened the library on time for once.

Which wasn't all that helpful, anyway, since she was mostly asleep still.

"I didn't really know him until then either," Angela said. "Or even Cam Mitchell. I probably still wouldn't have talked to him if he hadn't bugged me about the floor wars thing."

"And then some of the new people, like Peter and Isabel and Nadia? I know they weren't here until January, but my memory kind of edits them in to the whole year. Does that make sense?"

Parker laughed. "No, I know what you mean. I keep thinking Nadia was around for the first round of zombies, and of course she wasn't. And it feels like I can barely remember Principal Connor at this point, and like Principal Washburn has been in charge for longer than a couple months." She shook her head. "I'm ready for a break. But I'm not ready for school to be over yet."

Angela grinned. "And Principal Smith seems like a weird dream. A dream with pie in it," she said.

"I'm glad Marty and I are taking a trip, but I'm looking forward to another year of this."
