It's Angela's last day opening the library until at least July.

Things like that can make a girl sentimental. She even brought in coffee and bagels.

Come. Study. Return overdue books before you get malletized.

"Well you have to question any country that adds "eh?" to the end of every statement to make it a question," Marty joked. "We don't need to do any legal paperwork or anything do we? Or should we deal with it and get our picture taken for the wedding announcement."

Marty then started talking in a stuffy voice as though reading something from the newspaper. "Angela Flalula Chase, emo redhead, married Martin Q Blank on Sunday April 30th in front of friends and no relatives. A mountie and a woman from outerspace attended as well as many weetiny friends."

That got Angela to laugh. "You have to add that the bride wore a pillowcase and cake batter in her hair," she declared. "And I don't think we need paperwork. Unless the Mountie registered our marriage somehow."

"Do you think he would?"

"I don't know. He seems like a 'by-the-book' kind of guy, but that might be the hat throwing me off," Marty replied thoughtfully. "Did anybody get a picture of you with the cake batter in your hair? Because seriously, I want a copy of that.

"Bridge and Xander got Anders to take pictures of them on Bridge's cell phone," Angela said, thinking about it. "Check with them?"

"I want one of us in the fort."

"With you singing 'Fere Jacque' and me telling you a bedtime story ripped from a Crime and Punishment episode?" Marty snickered. "I definitely want one of those. I feel bad that I didn't give you the honeymoon you deserve. What a sucky husband I am."

"I know!," Angela said. "You spent the wedding night playing with a vampire's puppy, sheesh."

She giggled. "Of course, I was kissing another man two days before the wedding. That's kind of bad too, right?"

"That was only a diversionary tactic," Marty pointed out. "And you were a guy at the time so there was a whole lot of stuff going on. Besides I tried to flirt with Archie when I was a girl and shoved my breasts in Cam's face so I'm not one to point fingers."

Angela shook her head. "I think you did a pretty good job of it for someone who wasn't used to it," she said. "At least you didn't get into a fight. And, anyhow, Archie's a gentleman. You should have tried to flirt with GOB or something."

Angela chuckled. "That is good to hear. Plus, I don't want Crazy Hooker to kick your ass," she said affectionately.
