The library smelled of smoke when Belle arrived.
"What did you do?" she demanded of a very guilty looking gremlin that was hiding in the stacks. It just looked at her wide-eyed and then ran off.
That was when she found the trash can that recently been on fire that still smelled very strongly of burning plastic.
"This is a school there is no reason for this sort of behavior!"
Belle sighed heavily. It was going to be a long day.
