Dangershop: Playground

After being almost being handwavy stampeded by a few miniture students, it didn't take long for Mac to figure out what might have happened overnight.

Being the resourceful guy he is? He headed down to the Dangershop where he spent a few minutes programming it for a more suitable environment for the kids.

He also made sure that the safety locks were on and could not be unlocked.

[ooc: OCD Threads coming up! Safety locks will prevent any harm to the students, though skinned knees and boo-boos can happen. Feel free to add your own playground equipment.]

Anakin came barrelling into the playground and looked around with wide eyes. "Oooooh," he said, then ran to the slide and clambered up the stairs and threw himself, face first, down it.

"Yippee!"

Since she can't get tagged again yet, Aeryn comes over to the slide anda sks, "What if you get hurt?"

"Oh, I won't get hurt," Anakin said, dusting himself off. "I'm very lucky." He nodded. "I'm gonna be a Jedi."

"But I won't," Anakin countered. "'Sides, Obi-Wan says I'm too hard-headed for it to have any lasting damage."

He nodded. "And this is fun. Though I think I could come up with a way to make us go faster when we slide down."

Aeryn pauses, and looks at the slide. "How?" she wonders.

Piper wandered into the playground and immediately ran to the slide. "Ooh! I wanna play!"

The girl had a pony-tail. So Alanna pulled on it.

"HEY!" Piper cried, glaring at Alanna.

Alanna giggled and pulled the other one, careful not to drop the kitten in her other hand, though.

Maureen saw Anakin coming off the slide, and squealed. "ANGELO!!!"

She nearly knocked him over with a tackle-hug.

"My name's Anakin," he corrected her as he tried to pull her off of him. "Not Angelo."

Maureen pulled back, and stared at him, her chin starting to wibble. She's four, it happens. "Not Angelo?" She leaned in real close to her face, then sniffed. "I thought you were my friend Angelo, but he's not here."

Parker went straight over to the slide, Esme in a carryall around her tummy, and climbed up up up.

Then slid down down down.

"WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

Zero was standing at the bottom of the slide with her candy. "Hi! Hi Parker hi! Pr'fessr Tick gave me candy!"

"Oooo! Candy!" Parker bounced on her toes. "Yummy! Do you think he'd let Esme have some?"

"Esme can have whatever she wants. You just can't hug her hard after," Maureen said, having found that out the hard way. "I'm hungry too. We should go find fooooooooood."

Molly made her way over to the slide with Cam to prove she could, in fact, get up the slide.

"You first in case you get stuck, then I can get you unstuck," Cameron said and put his hands on the small of her back to push her towards the ladder.

"I am not going to get stuck," Molly said indignantly. She walked quickly toward the slide so that he couldn't push her anymore. She climbed the ladder easily and, just as easily, slid down again.

"See? She said when she stood up at the bottom. "I did not get stuck." She stuck her tongue out at Cam.

Cameron stuck his tongue right back out. "Got lucky!" He bounced up the ladder and went down the slide. "Wheeeeeeeeee!"

Molly was already climbing the ladder again. "Wasn't luck," she said and slid down again.
