Dave Barry says that in this sort of situation you can warn them three times and then if they don't stop you can beat them to death with a big stick. I'm guessing that's the wrong answer, so I think I might develop a terrible cough and continuously cough in their direction without remembering to cover my mouth. And of course I'd apologize after each cough.
