Driver's Ed, April 28th, Periods 1-2

The Danger Shop once again resembles a moderately busy city street. There are no robotic animals in sight.

"Your final exam is next Friday morning, guys. Take this class to do some practice runs and review what you've learned this semester. Be sure to study your driver's manuals between now and next week!"

Cally looks at the cars available, and approaches a nice yellow one, since there aren't any in orange. She shrugs, and reaches for the handle.

"Don't touch me," says a voice.

Cally blinks and looks around. "Who said that?"

When no one answers, she reaches for the handle again.

"Did you not hear me, little girl? No touching," the voice says again.

Cally glances around again. "Uhhh, car? Are you talking to me?"

"You see anyone else trying to get their smudgy fingers on my exterior?" the car says. "Look, just go away and paint your nails, or something."

Cally pouts. "Hey, don't be mean. Just let me drive you and shut up."

"That's it," the car says, and instantly starts shifting bits of itself, in a manner which could possibly be called transforming. It forms a giant Autobot robot and starts walking away.

"I'm outta here. Learn to keep your hands to yourself."

Cally just blinks and stares as the car-robot walks away and out of the Danger Shop field of simulation.

"Pedestrian for life," she says to herself.
