Again, the classroom is neat, almost barren, as the students file in.

"You have the day today to work on your final projects," Dream said. "We have Furball, who lives with Nadia Santos, in class today for those of you who would like to interview a cat, and of course Mr. Neilson is available for Monkey. I can also summon Bruce, for Sharkspeak; my raven, Matthew; Racso, the rat; or a spider called Charlotte."

"If you have already done your interviews, or you wish to work on a different language, you may leave class."

Xander totally has plans to do his interview while he's weetiny is still working on exactly what he might want to ask, let alone who, or possibly vice versa, so he greets each of the guests politely, but then scraminates to slack off study his notes someplace more comfortable like bed.
