"Buttery?" Bridge echoes, with, yes, accompanying fingerwiggle.

Not that she knows how to do that, but that is what class is for, isn't it?
She waves hi to Bridge while she's talking.

It may have just looked like he was curled up taking a nap.

And if Nadia had had any idea what Denver was plotting, she'd have told him so. Instead she just grinned at the omg!socute! of the weetiny purple dinosaur (who held the secrets to the universe) curling up for a nap.

"Apparently there's butteryflies loose on campus today. Baked-goods advisory in effect. Want a muffin?" Xander jumps up and grabs a blueberry one from Mac's lab bench, tossing it in Bridge's direction.

He grabs some rope and several pieces of wood, and sets about making a sort of shallow, unlidded box, with bolts at all four corners. When he finishes, he lines it with a couple of old blankets, then hangs it from a scratched and dented swingset frame.
Not exactly a hammock, which is good because baby holographic dinosaurs would stand a good chance at getting tangled up in one of those, but it'll swing in the breeze. If, er, there were a breeze in the Shop classroom.
