After last week Jo decided to start working on writing her letter to Miss Grayling, to formally apologise her behaviour that eventually let to her expulsion from Malory Towers last year. Jo had never directly apologised to anyone before in a letter, last year she had gotten Deirdre to take her letter to Felicity and apologise but now she was directly writing to Miss Grayling and trying to apologise for her behaviour.

She put away the books that she had to reshelve and then sat down at the front desk to try and work on her letter but she wasn’t getting very far, she had only written Dear Miss Grayling and then she didn’t now what else to say.
