Wednesday, 4/12, Library is Open

Zero is in a very strange mood today. How strange? Well, she's listening to the Dixie Chicks on her headphones. Come by and rescue her from herself or study or something.

Parker frowned. "He was being bizarre yesterday, too. Polite." She grinned. "And how sad is it, that that's a sign of someone being odd around here?"

"He was acting like he didn't know about the Library. And he played like he hadn't been writing in library books, but I'm pretty sure he did, from the way the Library wanted me to mallet him. He should know better, he's had late books before."

Shaking her head, Parker said, "I'm not sure if he's crazy, possessed, or on some weird tear. He didn't get Looney Toons yesterday, and I'm pretty sure he'd forgotten some things that he *really* should have remembered." Parker cocked her head. "How did you get out of malleting him? Since I don't see him bleeding on the floor, or you in the Principal's office."

"Death? I really don't know, I keep meaning to pull it out and read it over, maybe fax it to my parents' lawyer, but then I forget." It's just possible that the Library is making her forget, a possibility that worries her quite a bit.

"You should get on that by the end of the semester-- or maybe this summer? You're going to be gone for months, the Library might not be too happy about that, if there's no replacements coming in."
