Did Anakin look weirdly chipper today? It was because he was just so excited about field day! Really! There were a number of stations set up around the park with varying degrees of ridiculousness that would definitely not be funny only for people watching.

Cough. Really.

"We will be in three teams of nine today!" Anakin yelled into the bullhorn, "so come up and get your t-shirts!"

Whether everyone would stay clothed was another question. And no, Anakin had no idea where these clearly-intended-for-various-elementary-schools shirts came from and how they might only fit Beaker.

...they might only fit Beaker.

Beaker had definitely ordered these.

Faye apparently needed a cigarette to calm down after all of this. "Don't be sorry," she said, actually sort of nice about it. "This is all Anakin's fault. He should be sorry."

Aw, the hug was nice. The weirdness had not changed Faye's annoyingly squishy feelings towards anyone, so she was not only receptive but actually even kind of liked being hugged.

But then her spaceship was there and Faye had to make sure it didn't randomly shoot anyone, oops.

Well, he wouldn't have minded that hug lasting longer but now Stark was giving the ship an appreciative look.

Or maybe he was appreciative of the pilot? Or maybe just of not being shot. Who could say?

The ship disappeared, leaving Faye to pose provocatively with her hands cuffed.

You know, like you do.

"Don't suppose you know how to pick locks?" she purred.
