Good morning, everyone! The sun was shining, the weather was getting pleasantly warm, the freaking gross cicadas were crunching under your feet and Anakin had set himself up in the park with a bullhorn and a bunch of giant plastic storage containers full of ice water.

Surely this will end well for everybody!

"Today you will participate in the ten toes challenge!" Anakin announced. "Working in teams, you will lay on your backs and balance these containers of ice water on your socked feet. Then, going in a circle, you must each take off one sock, then the other, without tipping the water onto yourselves. It's about teamwork!"

And gravity. And Anakin's personal amusement.

"Come down when I call your name and get your team socks!" He grinned. "Oh, and no powers again this week, please."

"I mean, not to brag, but I'm kind of great at stealing things," Faye noted. (And yes, that was completely false modesty, what with this being Faye and all.) "Like ships, if you wanted to do that again."

Though honestly she kind of wanted to see Stark steal Anakin's ship, if they went that route.

"We borrowed it," Stark corrected in a tone that suggested he knew that statement wasn't going to be believed. "He may have improved security measures since then."

But honestly, taking Anakin's ship just because did sound like fun. Fun that would possibly backfire in spectacular fashion... but fun.

"That's where I come in, sweetheart," Faye drawled, shaking her head and waving a hand dismissively. "Most ships I've st -- borrowed -- had 'security measures.'"

She did little air-quotes there, yes. It was really just a matter of figuring out what those measures were and then applying the correct method of entry.

(Sometimes the correct thing to do was to run away because the ship was programmed to self-destruct if someone tried to break in, but that was something they could deal with if it came up!)

"You're a terrible influence." But Stark was smiling as he said that.

"Does your ship? Not going to borrow it. Just curious."

"Of course," Faye assured him, smiling back. "It's very heavily armed, and I have a bunch of security measures hooked up just in case."

Her ship was more weaponry than spacecraft, honestly. It was a planet-to-planet hopper with way more guns and additional agility features than were probably necessary. (But at least it was a very safe ship, as a result.)

Probably.

"And I definitely won't. No desire to be exploded by an angry ship. Or pilot."

And he had zero reason to make Faye angry.
