Good morning, everyone! It's time for another summer of Anakin Skywalker Thinks This Teaches Team Building and Also Amuses Himself (Mostly the Second Thing) but "Shenanigans" Is Easier!

The bleachers for viewing were set up in the park backed up to the pond and near the Belthazor Commemorative Divot. Food vendors, remembering how this worked, had arrived with hot dog, popcorn, and rum for the squirrels. Huge flatscreens were set up facing the bleachers, which gave people a hint that today's event would not just stay inside the park, and the cameras were trained at...well, ankle height or the sky for now because squirrels and rum.

Anakin and his bullhorn were standing behind a folding table stacked high with brightly patterned shirts and people who had been here before knew that just because the shirts were free, it never, ever meant you wanted to wear them.

"GOOD MORNING!" he boomed through the bullhorn when enough people were gathered. Just behind the table, invisible because of the piles of shirts, Beaker meeped cheerfully. "Welcome to another summer of team building activities!"

He might be waiting for a while if he was expecting cheers, just saying.

"Today, as has become tradition, we shall conduct a relay race around the island to acquaint you newcomers with where things are!" he said. "Please listen as your name is called and then come up for your festive t-shirts. We shall have three teams of eight."

After everyone had gotten their shirts and teams settled, Anakin reached for the bullhorn again. "Today, we are going without powers if you have any!" he yelled, which still not necessary with a bullhorn, Anakin. "First two team members to the starting line, the rest of you handwavily find your stations around the island! Ready, steady--go!"

Carrying the bellyboard and wearing the shark hat, the third team member (Bob, Summer, Rey) runs up Sphinx Street, turns onto Loon Drive and stops at Chilly Boulder.

They must then order and consume a large chocolate milkshake as quickly as possible. Will you get a brain freeze? Possibly! How will this work for Bob? Guess we'll find out!

"I should not have had that hot dog before this started," Summer realized, as she got maybe an inch into that chocolate milkshake and was too full of regret to put in much of a good fight.

Sorry guys!

But also not sorry because there was so much candy in her apartment right now for her jello shots that she did not need a milkshake right now, either, ugh!

Hey, you know what Rey was great at? Eating like a starving person. Apparently that also translated to wolfing down a milkshake. Brain freeze? Never heard of it.

Bob scowled and wasn't able to touch the hat or the board. He could, however, still touch the shirt! So here he was, wrapping the shirt around the board to lift it, and wearing one end of the shirt tail on his head to allow the hat to sit there.

And finishing this very very quickly and desperately hoping there were no photographers. He'd done some demeaning things over the years, and this really didn't come close, but it was the first in a long while, and he was plotting ways to get back at Anakin now.

The milkshake, however, was not remotely cooperating, so he finally gave in, scowled, lifted it with the shirt, and dumped it through himself. That would have to count.
