Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

There were plenty of chairs and tables by the bonfire, and some further out on the lawn for anyone who might want to enjoy their food alone, or just gaze at the new folks and try to figure them out. All of these potential activities were valid!

[OCD is up! This is the picnic post for general mingling. Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

"If you manage to make it work, though, I'd take twelve," Julius said with a rueful sigh. "I missed pretty much all of the summer to being a lizard. I'd like to never have that happen again."

"I'll keep trying. The spiritual energy in Fandom is very strange and unpredictable, though. It's a puzzle," Wei Wuxian said. "But I got the glitter talismans working! They don't explode anymore." He took one from his robes and tossed it to the side with two fingers. The talisman burst harmlessly in midair and showered down multicolored glitter.

Julius laughed - it had been a while since he'd seen magic do something so pretty and harmless. "You figured it out!" he said. "That's awesome! Err...now what are you going to do with them?"
