Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part I

Whatever aspect of the island made sure the weather was nice on picnic day didn't seem to be able to control the temperature. It wasn't freezing, but it would definitely more comfortable out on the lawn with a coat on. Thankfully, the conditions were just right for a bonfire in the center of the lawn, so people could gather and stay warm once they'd made their introductions.

Once the tables and chairs were set up and everything was properly glittered, all that was needed were people!

[OCD is up! This is part one of the picnic, specifically for meeting siblings, roommates, and teachers. The rest of the picnic is happening here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

Ronin would keep her feet plenty warm anyway. And with more resignation less complaining, too!

Kathy was going to step into Devil's Nest, see Lucifer, possibly throw a glass of booze in his face, and stalk out. You know. Maturely.

Dante was getting thwapped for that one - and he'd been asking for it, so he'd better not even think about dodging. "Listen, infant," she drawled, "I don't wanna hear you complaining about being old."

She'd already threatened to stab Barry, she'd absolutely threaten to stab you, too.

"...Wait. Did they not give you a Teaching Buddy this semester? Or did they figure that's gonna be me?"

Just like Kathy knew the odds of them sticking to her syllabus past 'Day 1: Introductions' was pretty much nil.

"I figured Monday night, we can go over it," Kathy said, doggedly determined because sometimes she picked the very worst hills to die on. "And get a feel for what we wanna cover."

Best case scenario: this was going to lead to sex.
Worst case scenario: Kathy was going to get frustrated, try to smother him with a pillow, and that would lead to sex.

She rested her head on his shoulder. "Remember our days of 'homework'?"

"We're handing them out to be inclusive, so everyone knows that sex doesn't have to involve a dick," Kathy sniffed. "...Though using condoms on sex toys is a real time-saver."
