Bad Ass Bitch Life Lessons; Wednesday, First Period [02/19].

The students would come into the classroom that day with Rosa leaning a little on one of the student desks in the first row, frowning...well, almost scowling, really...at this week's so-called 'lesson'. And she stayed like that until the students were settled, the crease in her brow seemingly growing increasingly more disturbed.

"I love motorcylces!
Not only do you get fresh air and beautiful scenery,
you can also take out flower beds you could never get to with a car."

"Okay," she said, "I want you all to go ahead and look at this one and tell me if you can tell me what's wrong with it."

Something is wrong with all of these comics, and it's there mere existence, but something in particular seems to be bothering Rosa about this one, so what is it?

Take your best guess.

"That's not a motorcycle," Shuri declared. "We have a lot of motorcycles in Africa. If you tried to ride that through the streets of Accra or Lagos, you'd die."

SPOILER ALERT: THAT'S NOT A MOTORCYCLE, IT'S A GODDAMN SCOOTER.

So, anyone who pointed that out, good job, A+, but Rosa's still irked about it.

"Damage to private property aside," said Rosa, who was honestly mostly kind of just saying that because she had to, "that is not a motorcycle. Calling that," she pointed firmly at the moped on the comic, "a motorcycle is an atrosity. I can't let you kids live with lies like these, so I've just decided, we're going to down to the Danger Shop for class today, and we're going to ride real motorcycles."

A pause.

"Real fake motorcycles, but you get the idea. Let's go."

Now that you're in the Danger Shop and Rosa spent a few minutes kicking together (literally) a program, where were motorcycles and some preset race course that Rosa was just going to use because it was there.

"If you've never driven a motorcycle and need some help," said Rosa, "let me know, I guess, but being a Bad Ass Bitch is about self-sufficiency, and the Danger Shop is the perfect place to actually learn that shit all on your own, so I mostly just planned to stop you if I see you doing something particularly dumb. But, they've got to pay me for something, right? Good luck."

A small pause.

"Also, don't destroy people's flower beds, that's just kind of a dick move, unless, you know, they actually earned it."

In which case, tear it up.

"Can we make a badass bitch motorcycle outfit for next week?" Shuri asked.

"Like, I second this suggestion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Nina said eagerly.

She'd be less eager once she saw what they wore.

Is it about motorcycles? Cool.

Is it about something else? UGH.

Some people make up their classes at four in the morning based on whatever show up in the google search when they wake up, and it shows.
