The library was bright and cheerful this morning, done up in a handful of colors, just like the rest of the island. And just like the rest of the island, there were little angry mushrooms running around trying to -- Tip wasn't sure. Gnaw on her ankles, maybe. Either way, whatever they did hurt and if they did it too many times she ended up back in her room in the dorms.

Which made it a little difficult to get any work done.

Thankfully, it seemed like all she had to do to get rid of them was stomp on them, and when she got tired of that, well. They didn't seem to be able to climb.

So . . . play "the floor is lava" while trying to shelve books? Or use it as an excuse to stay at the circulation desk today and read fanfiction?

Decisions, decisions.
