Ballet for Beginners; First Period [03/08].
Everything seemed to be in order in the studio that morning for the ballet class. The stereo was working fine, putting out the heavy metal intrumentals that suited Rosa's mood that morning (and, let's be honest, nearly every morning). The TV playing their clip for the day seemed to be working fine. The floor hadn't, like...turned into lava or anything, so, overall, everything seemed like it would go smoothly that day for class without any problems.
Rosa didn't trust it for a second.
Luckily, her suspicions were unfounded and they really would have a simple, straightforward, problem-free class that day, unless the students themselves decided otherwise. But they were all kind of nerds, so that barely even registered as a concern.
"This week," she said, "we're actually going to get into some light choreography. I bet you're all thrilled. So you know the drill. Find a spot, let's warm up."

Learn New Steps - Ballet, 03/08.
"These steps are pretty simple and pretty common in choreography," she explained, as she broke down how to do one and then the other. "And they're pretty similar, so it's just a matter of knowing one from the other. Balancé keeps the same foot in front, while pas de bourrée switches them." She displayed it for them again, and then her focus went to them. "Your turn. Practice it for a bit and then we'll try to put some of this crap together."
