"Today we're going to watch a documentary!" Vanessa declared. "Because there's a lot of important things you can learn from documentaries. Things like 'don't get scammed.' Or 'you can hire a hitman through your local psychic.' Right, babe?"

"I give my card out to every palm reader I meet," he said proudly. "And the occasional tarot reader."

"But today we're learning more about the first thing. I think. Wait, we forgot to watch this thing first," Vanessa realized because her player doesn't have Hulu.

"Something about rich people getting DashConned," Wade said, gleefully rubbing his hands together. "And we want all of you to write an essay on it. Five pages. Single space."

"We're not going to read them," Vanessa assured the students. "Or are we? Anyway, enjoy this documentary on the Fyre Fest fiasco. I hope it doesn't include a bunch of nudity." Or did she?

"APA style sources!" Both the teachers were terrible trolls.

Norman shrugged and settled in to watch the movie. Whatever was in it the player doesn't know because Hulu is only available in America wasn't likely to bother him, considering the sex-and-violence direction that most of the movies he enjoyed tended to head anyway.

It'd probably be an interesting essay, anyhow.

There was very little that could surprise Breq when it came to human behaviour. She watched the movie with some interest, prepared to write a short and concise essay, should the teachers actually want one.

Well, then. Sidon was right back to being the proverbial fish out of water in today's class, that was certain, but that didn't seem to prevent him from being sure to take careful notes while watching the movie so that he could do his best to write an essay on it.

...an essay that might not even get read, apparently, but he was willing to give his teachers the benefit of the doubt.
