Practical Ethics, Tuesday, October 2, 2018
Today's class was in the Danger Shop, and it was set up to look like a typical office cubical farm, complete with desks, computers, office supplies, and coffee that had been cooking way too long. "Today we will be doing a practical test of your personal ethics," Anakin began.
"Or your looting skills!" Aphra added, slipping some pens in her pocket.
Aphra, no.
"Or your ethics put those back," Anakin said.
"It can be both," Aphra protested, putting some of the pens back. "Basically this place is filled with sweet, sweet free office supplies, but you're not supposed to take any,"
"Because they aren't yours," Anakin said. "They're also no one checking to see if you showed up on time, take a long lunch, or leave early. Or even if you just spend your time here playing Minesweeper instead of the really interesting spreadsheet we've set up for you."
"Abandoned goods count as salvage!" It was pretty obvious which teacher had come up with this idea, wasn't it?
"They're not abandoned!"
They'll be at this awhile, kids.

Re: Work in the Office!
"I'll remember that," Sabine said, sliding the markers the rest of the way.
She was okay falling this assignment as opposed to going insane.
Re: Work in the Office!
Just because the enemy in question was the concept of white collar employment...
