The tables and chairs had been scattered around the lawn - some near the food, some not, some in the shade, some not - and the food was ready for anyone who wanted to come by and greet the new people.

"Yeah, boy!" He was so proud of her for using that phrase that he held up a hand for a high-five. The drugging thing was less cool, but that's where they were.

Octavia had done much worse to people than just drugging them, anyway.

She looked at his hand for a few seconds, then sighed and gave him the high five he was expecting. Maybe she was feeling generous today.
