Dream appears preoccupied as he hands a quiz to each student upon their entrance to class.

The quiz is ten questions on Raven and Parseltongue, mostly translations.

When most of the quizzes are in, he starts a video.

"Which "they"? If you meant the fairies, no. I plan to visit their land soon, in part to ensure that."

Pippi nodded.

"She only behaved as well as she did because of you and Mr. Crawly." she said quietly. "Is there a way to protect against stuff like that? Not just from fairies, I mean. If you're going to go do something about it. I'm sure there's nothing to worry about on that end."

"I was not aware Crowley was involved," Dream said. "And on this island there is no way to be completely safe from such things. There are, however, many worlds in which they do not exist."

There is a small break in Pippi's seriousness.
