The Island Hates You (Yes, You), Thursday Period 2
There was something different about class today. For starters, Cara had a neatly trimmed moustache and goatee, and was smirking.
More.
And Magnus somehow had a goatee applied on over his already pretty neat beard. Because he wasn't shaving for a bit, okay? He just wasn't. "Welcome back to class... a class of evil!" A beat. "I'm just kidding, we're not evil. These aren't even real goatees. But we could be."
"The signs that someone's been replaced by a more evil version of themselves are subtle, but they are there," Cara said through her incredibly unsubtle fake facial hair. Look, she didn't make the rules.
"Constant vigilance is key," Magnus added. "Some might call it paranoia. But those people also might be mirror universe replacements out to stop you before you stop them."
Which... sounded pretty paranoid, yes.
Just a little, but some paranoia was a survival mechanism, especially for this class. "In any case, today you'll have to figure out which of your classmates are evil and convince them you are the good one." It would probably be easier where some students were concerned than others.
"It'll be fun!" Magnus said. "I did it once and kicked a guy down a big pit. Okay, so. Keep things clean, be nice, and have fun. As the coach at in this one weird high school AU I was stuck in once said... clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose."
Unpack that, folks. Go ahead and unpack that.

Don't let him pick it.

Cara, no.

That was a sign of true friendship.
Re: Talk to Cara and/or Magnus - TIHY [05]
The rest was apparently fair game.
