"Welcome to the end of the summer, students," Anakin said. "You've all managed not to be seriously maimed at all, so well done."

If he was disappointed, he wasn't showing it.

"Today we'll end our course in Paris, which is a beautiful city in France, famous for art and food and music."

Climb the Eiffel Tower! Or use the elevator like a normal person. Either way, when you get to the top, look for the three clues written on the ground to be spotted from the air--berté, égalité, fraternité--the three words from the French Revolution. Once you have recited them to the man guarding the elevator, he will give you the equipment to base-jump off of the Eiffel Tower.

Pinkie was totally tempted to try climbing the tower like a monkey, but ultimately decided to save her strength. With this class, she never knew where she would need it.

Besides, taking the elevator meant she had some spare time waiting in line to buy a ridiculous amount of trashy Parisian tourist items. Beret with a French flag embroidered on the brim? SHE'LL TAKE SIX, THANKS!

Yeah, Ahsoka climbed the tower.

Annnnnd didn't put the parachute on before jumping off.

Jason was gonna opt for the elevator, yeah. Also, base jumping? Hell yes. And it was school sanctioned, so he couldn't even get in trouble this time! Too bad Peridot wasn't around to witness this. Maybe he'd have to convince her to come try it sometime.

It was like flying. Terrifying, but amazing.

Kaylin went twice. She'd have gone a third time but the guy in the elevator wouldn't let her. Merde!

In Drop the Mic, you have to perform the French rap song 79 à 99, with correct pronunciation and rhythm. In Bust a Crab, you must go La Coupole Restaurant and help to assemble the Royal Platter, which involves preparing and opening 20 oysters, 6 cockles, 6 mussels, 10 whelks, 4 prawns, 6 langoustines, 1 crab and a lobster.

Pinkie was more of a pastry chef than a seafood chef, but she was never one to turn down some time in the kitchen (besides, her French accent was terrible). She got that platter assembled in absolutely record time. In fact, in some moments it almost looked like she had four arms instead of two, she was moving so fast.

"Bone appetite!" she said cheerfully as she put the finishing touch on the platter.

See? Terrible accent.

That was a lot of seafood. Especially since Ahsoka had never opened an oyster before.

While Jason's mastery of languages that were not English was pretty much nonexistent, he was the son of a fisherman, so the choice here was a pretty simple one. He didn't have Pinkie's advantage of cartoon physics, but he still managed to arrange those shellfish fairly quickly.

Language or cooking? Do you even have to ask?

Kaylin mastered the rap song fairly easily - thank all the gods it didn't involve actual singing. She was fascinated by the chance to learn bits and pieces of yet another language (along with more swears and insults!) She might just have stayed a while longer to absorb as much as she could before she had to go to make sure she didn't miss the portal home.

Anakin's eating macarons and drinking coffee because he can, really.

When Pinkie got in for the check in, she was wearing a black and white striped sweater, a curly fake mustache, and six French-flag-embroidered berets. And carrying a French flag waving from a baguette.

"I'm going to miss this class so much!"

Yes, even after you made her turn blue in Antarctica.

Anakin laughed. "You certainly have enjoyed yourself," he agreed.

"I'm surprised there weren't any sharks on that platter."

Anakin shuddered. "I think we've all seen enough shark by now. Is there any chance of salvaging your ship?"

Did anyone else hear faint ominous marching music playing the background?

"Everything that wasn't already broken got soaked in salt water and it stinks of fish."

"Well, I didn't die, so... success?"

Anakin snorted. "It wasn't that bad."

"No, today wasn't objectively any worse than some of the other days," Jason admitted. "But it's in the name of the class. And I successfully made it through both sessions," he pointed out.

Kaylin came running in at the very last minute. "I'm here, I'm here!"
