Detention, 03.18.06, 9:00 AM

When the students walked in, the Danger Shop looked like The Tick's normal classroom. He was, of course, standing at the front of the room. Lockheed was sitting on the front desk playing solitaire. Next to him was a sign-in sheet.

"Hello, Molly, Cameron. For the sake of the arts, Detention will run a little short today. I hope you don't mind that. So, let's get to it!"

[OOC: Sign out at 2 PM EST at the earliest. I'll actually be heading to work for a couple hours doing non-computer stuff, so I may be gone for a little bit. Play between yourselves and mod the dragon where appropriate.]

"Oh right, professor Tick has his own special grading system. Criminal if it's really really bad, Nifty is I think equal to a B and Keen is an A. And then you get the usual plus and negative like with letter grading," Cameron explained. He marked Janet's EC and put the homework aside.

"Hee! Okay." Molly read Aeryn's (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/715781.html?thread=34161669#t34161669) homework. She frowned a bit as it wasn't the best metaphor ever, but marked it with a Nifty.

"Uh," Cameron frowned at Callisto's homework (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/705125.html?thread=33775461#t33775461). It was kinda short, but really it was a good one. He laughed at the extra credit and marked it Keen+. "Dude, it's weird grading people."

Molly read Jaye's (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/705125.html?thread=33774181#t33774181) homework and marked it with a Keen+ even though she had no clue about what the name Jaye had chosen for Marty meant. "It's weird homework to grade," she said.

"Actually, this is pretty standard homework for class." Cameron stared at Marty's homework (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/705125.html?thread=33778021#t33778021). "I have no clue what that's supposed to mean." Then he glared as he saw what name Marty had given him.

"Sounds like a very interesting class," Molly said before reading Cam's (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/705125.html?thread=33775973#t33775973) homework. She giggled at him metaphor and most of the superhero names. She drew a frowny face next to the one for Logan though. She marked it with a Keen+++? How many pluses for the EC, Mr. Professor The Tick?

"It's fun most of the time, the Mountie had a guest lecture on Thursday and the assignments can be fun." Cameron nodded and raised an eyebrow at his grade. "I don't think you're being objective." He finally gave Marty a Nifty+ and marked the EC.

"What?" Molly said looking back down at his paper. "It was a good metaphor and most of your names were good." She nodded and set the paper in the pile of graded work. She picked up Archie's (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/705125.html?thread=33815397#t33815397) homework next. She grinned at the Puffin of Justice and marked the paper with a Keen+.

"I don't think I've ever had three plusses before," Cameron blushed and picked up the last homework from his pile, it was Parker's (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/705125.html?thread=33863525#t33863525). He ended up snickering at the part of the vigilante. "Dude, she named everyone but me, should I be worried?" He marked the paper Keen+ and indicated the EC.

Molly snickered. "Maybe she's waiting to give you your name when she gives you your costume," she teased. She picked up Sam's (http://community.livejournal.com/fandomhigh/715781.html?thread=34270213#t34270213) homework and quickly gave it a Keen+.

"And it looks like Logan gets Criminal since there is no homework from him," Molly said with disappointment.

"Oh god, it better not be the Pink Spandexter," Cameron groaned.

"He'll probably be able to get to do some catch up homework for it," he assured Molly.

Molly grinned and patted Cam on the arm. "I'm sure Parker would never do anything like that."

Cameron grumbled about not betting on it.
