The sets are up, the house lights are dimmed, and the play is ready to begin.



[Actual production will be SP'd here. There will be an audience post tomorrow night, so the audience can react to what's going on onstage then. Have fun, go nuts, guys. Chat room is: MSND, but I have school and won't be on until tonight or so. Outline. Please use the scripts you were emailed. Important: DO NOT SKIP AHEAD IN THE PRODUCTION. THERE ARE EVENTS PLANNED OKAY I LIED. Please just post Acts I-III for right now, as there is something planned to happen at the end of Act III. Please just check in on this post to check for a cue.]

Oberon smiled at being properly addressed. "Fair maiden," he replied kindly, changing his tone as she seemed to be in charge, "I thank you. How soon will the electricity return and the show continue?"

"Not for several days, Majesty," Rory continued, trying not to wince. "As a consequence, we'll be using small lights held by hand, if it please you. Unless you'd rather not, and take your leave of us? Not that we humble mortals aren't graced to have you amongst us - nay, we wish only to please you and your kin, Lord."

Rory was kinda proud of how that ended up sounding.

Sam gave Rory a strange look. "My Lord?"

"The show can continue at any time," Sam said, glancing at the slightly smoking wires, "but the electricity won't be back on tonight."

Rory shot a furtive look at Bridge and Sam and motioned with one hand to indicate she would explain in a second.

"Glad tidings indeed," Elain grinned and draped herself over Oberon. "It would be a pity indeed to have to cease our revellry too early, my Lord."

"Speak for yourself," Puck muttered. "Then why don't you just leave? And too soon deprive you of the pleasure of my company, girl? Never."

Oberon wrapped his arm around Elain, marveling at how lithe her figure was and how she towered above him. He eyed with content at the busy mortals taking care of the problem. "I thank you for your hard work and pray that you continue and speedily."

"However," he said, thinking at once of the reason why he came up here. "who was at fault for this?"

Sam was a bit hurt when Lee draped himself all over Callisto. She wasn't the person she thought he was if he could do that in front of her. Maybe Parker was right. She covered it by looking a bit guilty. "I am."

"And you are?" he asked coldly, sensing that he should recognize her.

Before she thought about it, Sam's hand flew back and she took a swing towards his face. "I'm better than you deserved, Lee Adama. I've never been so disappointed in another human being in my life."

Puck threw himself at her arm. Not into the punch, because he wasn't stupid, but, "How dare you, mortal!"

Elain laughed and nuzzled Oberon's neck. "It appears my Lord's steed is a stallion indeed, if this mortal's jealously is to be believed."

Rory got to her feet, keeping her head bowed and sidled over to Bridge. "They're possessed by fairies," she murmured, barely moving her lips.

"Ooooh," Bridge nods. "I thought something seemed off. Even without," he makes a vague handmotion.

Rory nodded. "Lee's Oberon. Zero is Puck. Cal is...I dunno, random fairy," she continued keeping her voice low. "I have no idea how dangerous they are, but Professor Dream says they won't hurt us. But that's why I was talking like that to Lee. Cooperating and all."

"She wishes to strike me out of jealousy?" he asked and laughed haughtily. "Sweet lady," he said, addressing the furious blonde spirte of a human, "your Lee Adama, as it were, will be returned to your fond embraces soon, I promise."

Sam almost took another swing at Callisto, but thought better of it. The other girl could probably kill her.

"Mortal?" She asked Zero, incredulously, "Wait, you're a pink kitten, a rock star, and now you're immortal? Man, did I stand in the wrong line at this school," she muttered.

She couldn't even look at Lee, unable to believe he'd literally forgotten who she was.

"I'll distract him," Puck told Elain. "You get the kilt." Then he turned to Sam, "Harridan, I know not of what you--oh, will you knock it off??"

He sighed and started patting Oberon's arm again. "Does this help? Will you be quiet now?"

Oberon looked at Puck with a certain curiousity. "I am fine, gentle Puck, there is no need to pat me thusly."

"As you say, Puck," Elain slid her hand along Oberon's waist, feeling for the kilt fastenings.

Oberon narrowed his eyes. "What revelry is this? I sense mischief in your heart, Elain."

Rory reached over and gently pulled on Sam's arm. "I am sorry, Majesty," she murmured to Lee, head bent. "She knows not who you are. Please forgive us." She gave a slight bow, nodding once each at Zero and Callisto as well.

She turned to Sam. "That's not Lee. I know it looks like him, but it's Oberon in Lee's body," she said in a quick whisper. "Cal's not Cal, either, and Zero is Puck. They're in there, though. But I'm playing along. Seems smart."
