MSND [slowplay]

The sets are up, the house lights are dimmed, and the play is ready to begin.

[Actual production will be SP'd here. There will be an audience post tomorrow night, so the audience can react to what's going on onstage then. Have fun, go nuts, guys. Chat room is: MSND, but I have school and won't be on until tonight or so. Outline. Please use the scripts you were emailed. Important: ~~DO NOT SKIP AHEAD IN THE PRODUCTION. THERE ARE EVENTS PLANNED~~ OKAY I LIED. Please just post Acts I-III for right now, as there is something planned to happen at the end of Act III. Please just check in on this post to check for a cue.]

"Oh my God, what is wrong with all of you?" Rory hissed as she slid backstage during the second act.

"Wrong? Ain't nothing wrong with me." Blair purrs and winks at Rory. "Do you need help relaxing?"

Rory stared.

"Are...you feeling all right, Blair?"

"Much, much, much better than alright." He slinked closer, grinning.

"Okay, Blair, dear?" Rory said, staring at him. "Have you been given anything to eat or drink?"

Well, Rory, for starters I've been taken over by a drunken fairy with all the morals of an alleycat. "Nothing's wrong," Callisto flung her arms around Rory in a bearhug. "We are but having some harmless merriment."

Rory awkwardly patted Callisto. "Since when do you hug? Are you drunk?"

"Always have I hugged," Callisto squeezed her arms tighter around Rory. "Mayhap not as much as some of my kin."

"Why are you talking like that? You're offstage. Talk like Cal again."

"We're making the play better," said 'Peaseblossom'.

Rory stared incredulously. "No, Molly, you're really, really not. Why are you doing this?"

Peaseblossom gave Rory a wicked grin. "Because we can."

"Honey?" Rory asked, concerned. "Molly, sweetheart, did someone give you anything to eat or drink?"

Rory covered her face with a hand. "Okay, this is something that should have been addressed before now, Pippi."

"Maybe Pippi would have thought to bring it up if she weren't twelve and entirely to nice for her own damn good." she responded acidly.

Hey! I'm 14!

"Rory, Rory, it's not me, it's Puck. They--oh, will you be quiet, girl??" Puck gave the girl a wide, more-than-slightly false smile.

Rory stared. "Oh my God, Zero. Are you...no."

Then, taking in all the people around her, she shook her head. "You guys are like...possessed or something, but that's stupid."

"No! No it's--OW!" She just stepped on her own foot. "Nothing's the matter..." what had she called the girl? "Rory. Nothing at all. I'm fine."

"Who are you to question Us?" An icy stare, and a raised eyebrow, as Titania brushes by the other fairies. "Speak."

"Parker? You in there?"

"She is here." Titania's lips quirked in absent humor. "She thinks of you as Snow White, Rory, Gilmore. I know not which is your true name. And I ask again: on whose authority do you question Us? Are you some minion of Dream's?"

Rory stared a bit more, and looked around. "Professor Dream? Are you back here?"

Dream stepped out of the shadows.

"I am," he said.

Then, wryly, "I suppose you wish an explanation."
