Peridot and the library were butting heads today, apparently. She'd do her best to do her job, but from every nook, cranny, and unused inch of shelf space, the library insisted on spilling the beans all over her. Literally. She'd climb up onto the ladder to shelve a book, and a rain of coffee beans would pour down on top of her from above. She'd go digging under the return slot for books, and would find herself having to sift through coffee beans up to her elbows. She couldn't even reach for a pen without coffee beans flying at her from she wasn't actually sure yet.

But when she found out... Oh, when she found out where...

She wasn't going to find out where.
