Janet's yawning as she opens up the library today. Maybe she can just sit in one place and check in books for a few hours.

"Yes, when you have a relationship. Which we don't."

"Riiiiiiii-"

Burn that bridge!

Jaye stares at the book on the table, and shuts up, looking disturbed.

Rory raised an eyebrow. "Are you okay?"

"Yuh huh."

"You sure?"

"Yuh huh."

"Do you like Cam?"

Jaye glares at her. "Nice try."

"Well, I wanted to see if you'd say something other than 'yuh huh,'" Rory shrugged.

"This is not about me and him, this is about you and-"

She looks at the book. And the argument dies.

"We're just flinging," she pouts.

"Right," Rory said, picking up the nearby giraffe book and idly flipping through it.

Jaye waits for it to talk. When it doesn't, she says, "Gottago,omg."

"OMG,okaybye," Rory answered.

Jaye flees. Like the wind.
