Sadly for whatever plans Bond had had for today's class, on his morning run he'd come across a gremlin who'd already managed to have a little too much of the local beverage and the inevitable had happened.

"Like, have you guys ever considered we spend too much time looking for the rush?" Don't ask where he'd managed to find the tye-die peace-symbol shirt. Just don't. "It's the kind of thing that totally unbalances your karma. So totally we're just going to mellow out with some chill tunes and try not to get all gnarly."

There are cushions and yoga mats on the floor, there's there tinkly, nature sound 'music' playing.

Luckily, Bond's probably not going to notice you you decide to leg it instead.

Jalian had no idea what "gnarly" was. And only an extremely vague idea of what "karma" meant.

There were mats, she was going to at least do stretches and mindfulness exercises.
