Fun with Magic | Friday, period 2
Class was meeting on the lawn today, since the weather was good. Bob waited for them all to arrive...then waited some more.
"Three of you? That's all?" He heaved a sigh. Honestly, the students here had no sense of adventure and fun.
"Well, welcome to class, in any event. This is Fun with Magic. The idea of this class is to give you an idea of what magic is capable of and how to use it, in a light-hearted and safe environment." He waved a hand. "I'll be supplying the magic - or a friend will be, by way of me - and we'll be having fun with it. To start, though, please tell me your names, what magic you're familiar with, what you can do yourself, and what sorts of things you do for fun.
"Also, I'll be needing an assistant, mostly to carry things about for me. Please volunteer, anybody who has hands."
