Face only acted like a slacker who was more concerned with napping than anything else, okay, he genuinely liked the naps, but still, so while it was unusual for him to be not only awake but actually working behind the desk it wasn't anything to be worried about.

"No, if I wounded you, you would feel it," Cassandra said. Which was true. There'd be bleeding! "You could, of course, simply drop this madness and agree to spend more time enjoying ourselves."

That she was the one to bring this up, man.

It was sad how Cass had no love for melodrama. Truly tragic. Face made a show of sighing. "If you insist."

Face grinned. "You know how much I enoy having lunch with you." Especially when having lunch seemed to involve a large amount of finding excuses to make out with her.

Cassandra smiled at him the smile of someone who had called him ridiculous approximately five thousand times, then escorted him out of the library.
