Paleontology, March 13th (7th period)

"Afternoon, everyone." Tommy says to his class. "I hope you had a good break. I spent most of mine back in Reefside, dealing with a wormhole-related problem. Fortunately for you, I'm back, and thanks to my little spring break adventure, I've acquired a particularily expensive piece of equipment that normal high schools don't typically have. It pays to have former evil masterminds who are also ridiculously rich as friends. So today- I hope you all remember those fossils you dug out a few weeks ago? Today, we're going to take samples and prepare them for analysis."

Janet started prepping the sample.

She didn't mention just how much she wanted to play with the expensive equipment. But she did look around to see what it was and if it was sitting in the classroom.

Rory began quietly preparing her sample.

And in RorySpeak, that means she poked at it a little and read her textbook.

Preparing her sample for analysis, Sharon tried to remember if she'd read anything on the equipment, not to mention that she was wondering how it compared to colonial technology. Phones crossed, after all. Spaceships didn't.
