BWI Airport, Portalocity Lounge

Some people flew into BWI. Some people portaled in. And then there was Skaar, who landed at the Portalocity Terminal after one final two-mile long jump. He showed his clearance from Captain Rogers proving that it had been arranged and that, yes, he could enter the terminal carrying a big-ass sword, and then he went inside.

Once inside the airport, Skaar spotted the "WELCOME FANDOM STUDENTS" banner and sat down on a bench clear of the glitter that was falling off of it. He didn't realize it yet, but it was pretty much the Fandom experience right there in the terminal. Sit by the giant, green, long-haired, shirtless, half-alien barbarian spy guy with a sword that was bigger than you strapped to his back, or drown in glitter. Honestly, you were probably safer with Skaar.

Congratulations, Skaar, you're the first person to make Laura's face do something else than frown. That's an actual grin there. "Yeah, me too. He is nosy."

"I'm not sure what his deal with the Hulk is. They're always either fighting or teaming up to fight someone else, or both," Skaar said. "I can't tell if they're friends or if they hate each other."

"Both, probably." Logan didn't have a clear line when it came to the people he worked with. That certainly had never caused him problems, nooo. "I am... related to Logan." Since he shared first. It felt necessary.

"Is he your father?" Skaar checked. "If he is, your brother is a jackass. Just throwing that out there."

"I am his clone, actually." Yep.

Laura frowned. "Daken? He is." No doubt about that.

Apparently whoever cloned Wolverine made some changes. Or Wolverine was very private about certain things. "In that case, thanks for not asking me to hit someone for you yet. Or stabbing me yet."

Good thing he didn't ask for details, because it was several years too early for her to feel like explaining. "I fight my own fights", she said, matter-of-factly. "And I have no reason to stab you." Just in case that wasn't clear.

"I'll try to keep it that way. Claw wounds get annoying after a while," Skaar joked. Well, it was a joke for him. Probably not for most people.

"Yes, they are." She could appreciate the joke, unfunny as it might seem. "I suppose you are as strong as your father?"

He wasn't just green for show, was he now?

"I'm close, but he's still the strongest one there is. But I got a couple tricks from my mother that he doesn't have," Skaar said, smirking.

"Your mother." Talk about an interesting subject. Just who marries The Hulk? Or Bruce Banner? Laura decided it was better not to ask.

"I'll tell you about it sometime. Probably after you see me use it in a fight," Skaar said.

Just in case he ever had to fight her, he didn't want to give away any secrets too early. Especially when those secrets involved summoning lava and shooting the ground at people.

"Fair enough." She didn't need to question his methods. People like them fought a lot. It made sense.
