Face was truly the only person who had ever thought of using that particular sonnet to woo. Clearly he was a genius, yes.
Look, at least he hadn't gone for Sonnet 130.

It was debatable whether Cassandra would have truly minded if she'd been aware of the sonnet's usage, really.
