Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

There were tables and chairs set up all around the lawn. Some were in the sun, where folks could work on their tan while they ate, and some were in the shade where folks could stay cool and non-crispy.

All of the tables had some blue and gold glitter scattered across them, because there was always enough to go around. This school certainly was blesesed in all the right ways.

[OCD is up! This is the picnic post for general mingling. Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

"Aye, best part of each semester, barring the dances," Edward said. He reached over to steal a sausage for himself. "Not an awful lot of Englishmen 'round here," he added, "London?"

"Start of the eighteenth century," Edward said, and took a bite out of a sausage. "I'm told that's rare 'round here."

Edward pulled a face. "Bloody posh gits never change, do they?" he said. "More coin than sense."

Eggsy snorted at that, raising a sausage as though to toast. "Only difference is how they dress."

"Has it gotten worse or better?" Edward wondered. "Because you should see the ruffles on our lot."

"Sounds horrible," Edward decided. "I think I've a professor like that."

Though he wasn't going to speak too much ill of Doctor Lecter. He'd let him try the Gargle Blaster and all.

... which he somehow still saw as a positive.

Edward took another bite of the sausage and grinned. "All the food you'll ever need," he said, "And drinks." Beat. "I'll take you to Caritas some day, it'll be grand."
