Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

There were tables and chairs set up all around the lawn. Some were in the sun, where folks could work on their tan while they ate, and some were in the shade where folks could stay cool and non-crispy.

All of the tables had some blue and gold glitter scattered across them, because there was always enough to go around. This school certainly was blesesed in all the right ways.

[OCD is up! This is the picnic post for general mingling. Roommates, fake siblings and teachers are all here. Since it's outside, the picnic is open to all students, teachers, and townies!]

Oooh, accent. Yes, this was a good life decision. "It's not a huge school. You get to learn everyone's face after a while. I'm Kira," she said. "Are you excited about being here?"

"Eggsy," he replied. "And I'm something about here. Place is weird as hell, yeah?"

"Yeeeah. Someone gave you The Talk, right? About some of how weird this place is?" Kira said.

"Had a girl ask if I was from her planet because of me accent." Because Star Wars.

"Oooh, you got a good introduction. There are also people not from the 21st century, but they're a little easier to spot with their clothes usually."

"And harder to spot with their clothes off?" Eggsy was the worst flirt ever. Sorry not sorry, Kira.

"Even the people from other planets kind of look the same as us with their clothes off," Kira said, even as she blushed terribly.

And she blushed so nicely! "You checked?"

"No! I mean, not on purpose. Not that I was trying to look! But sometimes there are fire drills and they're like, always late at night when everyone's sleeping and some people don't sleep in much and... I'm just gonna stop talking." Ugh, how was she still so bad at this!

"I dunno. I was enjoyin' it." Awww yeah. All about the werefoxes, our Eggsy.

Yeah, that was not helping the blushing at all. "So, um, did you choose to come here, or did your parents send you here? Assuming you knew you were coming, which it seems like you did because you're pretty calm. I'm not sure my poor new little sibling knows how school works."

Like Eggsy was gonna stop now. It was adorable! "Me mom said she got a scholarship. Some boarding school in America and now here I am."

"So, you weren't expecting a weird place. But you're okay with it?" Kira asked.

"Be honest with you, I'm on three hours sleep and three drinks."

Thanks, Frank.

"Was there drinking on the shuttle?" Try to sound less scandalized, Kira. "You should totally find your room and take a nap. There won't be anything going on tonight, probably."

"One of the guys brought an entire bag of booze," Eggsy replied, trying not to laugh at her shock. "Probably?"
