Sneaking 101, Thursday

The first thing students would encounter upon entering the Danger Shop was a long, brick corridor. It was dark; in the distance, you could just about see the flicker of a torch, and some branching pathways: a left turn, a right, and a door to the right just in front of the split.

There was a note tacked to the wall, just illuminated enough to be readable: YOU WANT TO GO RIGHT. DON'T BE SEEN.

Well. That was clear enough, right?

"Hey, knowing is half the battle," Atton said. He glanced back towards the course. "So, 'easy', huh?"

"Yup." He reconsidered for a second. "Sorry?"

He didn't seem all that sorry.

"Nah," Atton said, waving vaguely. "You just volunteered to be my teaching assistant, you don't need to apologize for that."

Hey, less work for him. Plus Ezra kind of looked like his old TA, so.

He'd also slept with Atton's old TA. So there was that, too.

"Huh," Ezra replied, raising his eyebrows a little. And maybe smiling a little more smugly. "Okay then."

Yeah, well, let Sparkle's sex life stay Sparkle's sex life, Atton didn't need to know about that.

"To the TA bench," Atton said, pointing at... well, a part of the corridor behind him.

He'd find a way to break the TA. Eventually.

Probably not in any visible way. He was already pretty broken under the surface.

But he smiled and shrugged and sauntered over to the... TA part of the corridor.
