There are dark circles under her eyes, but Phoebe still gives an impassioned speech praising nightmares. If one didn't know what had been going on with Phoebe, they might even believe she meant it.

[[OOC: I actually had planned to write this amusing speech for her, but then I got ill. *wrinkles nose*]]

Isabel does her speech in the form of a top ten nine eight seven six five four list.

Standing in the front of the classroom, trying desperately not to laugh or get sick (she can't decide which) she said, "George W. Bush deserves praise for the following reasons.

1-Despite the fact that I'm sure he really, really wants to push the big shiny button, he hasn't nuked anyone yet.

2-He has a grasp of the English language that is without equal.

3-He's never met a piece of scrub pine that he couldn't defeat with a chainsaw.

4-Unlike his father, he has not thrown up on any heads of state or other dignitaries.

5-He is incredibily loyal. Witness his contiued loyalty to Donald Rumsfeld. A less loyal man would have fired his useless ass years ago."

Phoebe is biting her lip to keep from giggling and decides that Isabel may be her new most favorite person ever.

Bel gives a speech praising bullies. It might seem like familiar territory to him.
