"I don't know if somebody had a birthday or what," Brian said, "but there were cupcakes in my office this morning, so, you know, help yourselves. Call it breakfast or whatever." Brian was not good at the nutrition thing, no. "This week you're going around the block again, except this time you're turning left, not right. The barrels are still there to make sure you don't go the wrong way, don't worry." Yes, he didn't trust you guys to know your right from your left. "Let's get started!"

Confident after last week's performance, Face took the corners even faster this week.

Hopefully, Brain was pleased with himself at what he was creating.

So Alex had still not gotten steering right after last weeks incident and coupled with the fact that they had to turn left as well, really through her off and while she finished the heat, she still ended up coming last again.

Ronan hadn't been happy with his performance in the last couple of classes so he was determined to change that.

He didn't take it easy, didn't show mercy and made sure to drive that car just about as good as he could. And when he finished first, his smugness knew no bounds.

Call it instinct after a lifetime of seeing left turns cutting off traffic, but Kathy was much more cautious this heat. Slowing down to take the turns meant slowing down in general and no amount of speeding otherwise could make up that time.

Bummer.

Blue was small, okay, the sugar really affected her. She was kind of amazed by how fast she made it around the block, if she was honest. And without crashing!

Jalian was not eating the cupcakes; she preferred not being sick all day.

Unfortunately, she was grouchy about it and distracted - she turned the wrong way. After a lot of cursing in silverspeech, she turned in what she was sure would have been the top speed, but the initial mistake cost her.

Left turns were not Anders' friends. He kept misjudging and smacking into water barrels.

He didn't have much dignity intact as he limped to the finish line.

Thorin had some serious issues with these cars. Most of which centered around explosions.

They were MUCH bigger, but hey! They could drive over things more easily!
