Bonfire and Snowball Fight, Saturday Afternoon/Evening

In the late part of the afternoon, the finishing touches were put on the setup on the front lawn of the school, and the bonfire was lit. There were tables of warm food and drinks, as well as the ingredients for s'mores because it was a fire and traditions were important.

There was also, thanks to nature and the cold weather, a nice blanket of snow on the ground. There were some chairs and benches for people who just wanted to sit, eat, and watch, but anyone who wanted to get in on the snowball fight had plenty of space and ammunition waiting to be made. Zoe had found a chair for herself a safe distance from where any snowballs might be flying - unless things got a little crazy, which wouldn't surprise her in the slightest.

"The fourth," Cassandra said flatly. She narrowed her eyes. "Why?"

"Then get over here and help defend our floor's honor!" Vider demanded.

Cassandra raised an eyebrow. "...I was not aware our floor had any," she said.

Big words from someone who was but one snowball away from losing the moral high ground.

"It won't if we just let these other losers walk all over us!" was Vider's comeback.

"You are certainly invested in this," Cassandra said, looking from Vider to the battle and back to Vider and... "...Is that my roommate?"

Vider didn't know about where you came from, Cassandra, but they took their war games seriously in the United States of Asgard. And their snow sports. "How the rag should I know?" she asked, because she was Vider.

They no doubt played war games in Thedas as well, but Cassandra was notoriously hardline Lawful Good up until a non-frivolous reason to exact violence showed up.

... Which, with Cassandra's temper, was more often than one would think.

"Ugh," she said, of Vider. "I should see Gwen gets out of this safely. This battle is ridiculous, and she is untrained," she said, of Gwen.

"That's the spirit!" Vider cheered. Even if it was somewhat insulting to Gwen. Gwen could deal.

"Try not to get killed," Cassandra said dryly. "Snow is notoriously deadly."

"Sure, whatever," Vider said, laughing, as she flung a snowball at some poor random.

You were lucky she was having fun, Cassandra.

Cassandra shook her head and began the Exalted all important march towards Gwen's position.

Pray for the others no one hit her with a snowball in the process.
